On July 16, 2019, FisherBroyles Partner Geoffrey M. Goodale will speak on Key Issues in Cross-Border Government Contracting at a program being co-sponsored by the American Bar Association’s Section of International Law (ABA SIL) and Public Contract Law Section (ABA PCL) that is being held in Washington, DC. During this program, Mr. Goodale, who serves as Co-Chair of the ABA SIL’s National Security Committee, and attorneys from the U.S. Government and industry will discuss important issues that government contractors face when engaging in international operations, including compliance with U.S. export controls and economic sanctions and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
