On December 10, FisherBroyles Partner Paul Beard will speak at the Annual Meeting and Holiday Dinner of the Real Estate Owned Managers Association of California (REOMAC). He will present on a panel entitled, “Understanding California’s Newly Enacted Statewide Rent Control Bill: How Does It Impact Our Industry?” Among other things, Paul will discuss a civil rights lawsuit he recently filed in federal court in Los Angeles, challenging provisions of California’s and Long Beach’s recently enacted rent control laws.
