Mr. Nathan focuses on helping companies grow, protect and successfully exit their businesses while mitigating risk in a practical, holistic way. His practice includes negotiating agreements with multinational clients and vendors; managing intellectual property; directing compliance with federal, state and international data privacy and security laws; supervising foreign counsel and litigation counsel; and negotiating strategic partnerships and acquisition transactions. In addition, he has litigated cases in federal and state courts and arbitration tribunals in matters that include data security, insurance coverage, corporate founder disputes, intellectual property infringement, telephone consumer protection and environmental matters.
Previously, Mr. Nathan served as general counsel and as a director for a global supply chain company with offices in Europe, Asia, Central America and the United States. He has served in various roles, including corporate counsel, director and investor, in companies in the energy, mobile technology, supply chain, healthcare, software and social networking industries. Mr. Nathan also was with the now former law firm Gadsby Hannah LLP.
Mr. Nathan received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from Syracuse University.
