To have the firm disburse funds on behalf of a client, please complete the following form. The expense will be entered onto the client’s invoice under the FIRM timekeeper, and funds will be distributed once received from the client.
If you are seeking reimbursement for an expense you have already paid on behalf of a client, do NOT use this form. Instead, enter as an Expense slip through Expense Manager in Orion and you will be reimbursed in the draw once client funds are applied.
Outgoing wires and checks are processed in semi-monthly batches that coincide with draw payments. If you need a distribution to occur outside the normal time frame, please include the due date as a note on the form.
